Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern all access to and use of ngechunkyheel.com and every purchase made through it. Kai Tung Limited operates this store for the sale of womens shoes. By browsing the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you must stop using ngechunkyheel.com immediately.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for every order placed through your account. Kai Tung Limited sells womens shoes in the sizes, colors, and materials described on each product page. Product photographs are provided for identification purposes, and slight variation in color or texture may occur. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude duties or taxes imposed by your jurisdiction unless stated otherwise at checkout. Kai Tung Limited may correct pricing errors and may cancel any order affected by an obvious pricing error, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.

Orders and Payment

An order becomes binding when Kai Tung Limited sends an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Payment must be completed before dispatch. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment instrument submitted with your order.

Shipping

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the carrier selected. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the shipment to the address you provided. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Kai Tung Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect addresses supplied by you.

14 days No-Reason Refund Policy

Kai Tung Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. To qualify, you must submit the request within 14 days of receipt, and the shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all attached tags intact. Shoes showing signs of outdoor wear, staining, or damage caused by you do not qualify for a refund. You must obtain a return authorization from Kai Tung Limited before shipping anything back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing and arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days. The 14 days begin when Kai Tung Limited receives your returned item and confirms that it meets the conditions of the 14 days no-reason refund policy. Inspection, approval, and bank or card issuer processing all consume part of this period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Kai Tung Limited cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or person.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the moment Kai Tung Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. PayPal controls the final crediting timeline in those regions, and Kai Tung Limited cannot shorten it. You agree that the 14 days minimum and the 30 days maximum for PayPal refunds in affected regions are accepted processing periods under these Terms of Service.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must send photographs of the shoes and the packaging to [email protected] within that 7 days period. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted, and the 14 days no-reason refund policy then governs your return. For approved damage claims, Kai Tung Limited covers return shipping and issues a full refund or a replacement, at your choice.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use ngechunkyheel.com to commit fraud, submit false damage claims, scrape content, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the store. Kai Tung Limited may refuse service, cancel orders, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and design elements on ngechunkyheel.com are owned by Kai Tung Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this material for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kai Tung Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of ngechunkyheel.com or from any purchase. The total liability of Kai Tung Limited for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or from any purchase on ngechunkyheel.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to These Terms

Kai Tung Limited may revise these Terms of Service at any time by publishing the revised version on ngechunkyheel.com. Continued use of the store after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
