The customer is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Parcels returned to Kai Tung Limited because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel are handled through the standard return process. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend an order.
14-Day No-Reason Return Policy
Customers may return eligible women’s shoes within 14 days of receipt for any reason or for no reason. The 14-day period begins on the date the carrier records delivery. A return request must reach Kai Tung Limited inside that 14-day window. Requests received after the 14-day period has closed cannot be approved.
Return Eligibility Conditions
Items must be unused and in original packaging. All original packaging materials, tags, and accessories supplied with the order must be returned with the footwear. Shoes showing signs of wear, outdoor use, alteration, cleaning, or damage occurring after delivery do not qualify for a refund. Items must be packed so the footwear is protected during transit back to our facility.

Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Rejected Returns
Kai Tung Limited may reject a return that fails the eligibility conditions. Rejected items are shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense, and no refund is issued for those items.
